Sandra Hess New Success - April 1st, 2014 My previous success, after waiting a year, went out on a whimper when the signature had a dry erase effect and had smudged off by the time I received it. I went for a corrective request that took no chances. I sent SEVERAL pictures, and even though the quality suffered, I printed on a "matte" style cardstock so it wouldnt smudge. She replied after a week instead of a year this time. She left a little sticky note (pictured) that unfortunately the markers didnt fare much better on the matte, but this time, the ink stayed on the paper and doesnt smudge when touched, so Im calling this one a win.
